Roanoke: Reshaping and Rising Together

“I have been a resident of Roanoke City since 1997 and have known Stephane Moon Reynolds those entire 27 years.  I have personally witnessed and benefited from her highly effective leadership in administrative management, community service, and political environments.  Her leadership has also directly benefited many other people immediately surrounding her, as well many more indirectly, by the impacts of her extremely thorough and thoughtful decision-making process, and her ability to project that process.  Her demonstrably strong capabilities will enable her to thrive in any leadership role she seeks.

Vote Stephanie Moon for Mayor of the City of Roanoke on November 5th!”

 — Michael Loveman, Former Co-worker and City Resident

Every voice is valuable, and every perspective will be heard and respected under my leadership. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey, fueled by passion, integrity, and a dedication to the common good.

Transforming Tomorrow Together!

Career

Stephanie retired from the position of Roanoke City Clerk after serving our beloved city for approximately 42 years. She was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with many of our City’s past and current leaders. She truly valued the time that was spent with past City Councils, such as Mayor Noel C. Taylor and Council Members Elizabeth Bowles, Bob Garland, Dr. Wendell Butler, Dr. David Trinkle, and Linda Wyatt, to name a few.

Civic Involvement

Because of other’s compassion and kindness displayed during her upbringing, Stephanie made a pledge to always give back to the community, such as a basketball coach with the Williamson Road Recreation Club, an advocate for the homeless; PTSA President at William Fleming High School; and a mentor for young people seeking to further their education by attending college or post high school training.
